Firefighters rush to Dawesville boat blaze

Firefighters have rushed to a boat fire in Dawesville on Sunday.

Authorities were called to a home on Cunderdin Loop about 2:20pm, after reports a boat was on fire at the rear of the property.

It’s understood no one was injured during the incident.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services says the the fire started from an electrical fault.

Firefighters estimate the damage bill to be $3000 dollars
