‘It’s bad’: One injured in multi-car crash at notorious Warnbro intersection

Emergency services are at the scene of a multi-car crash at a notorious intersection in Warnbro this evening.

Firefighters, police and paramedics were called to the crash at on Ennis Avenue and Royal Palm Drive about 8:40pm.

A grey hatchback and 4wd could be seen with significant damage while a third car was also involved.

Firefighters located a fourth vehicle which had veered off the road and into a nearby bush.

The crash is one of several incidents this year.

John, who lives nearby, told Skeer Media there’s a crash at the intersection almost every week.

“It’s bad,” he said.

“I call it the Russian roulette corner.

“We need traffic lights here.

“It’s bad, a very bad intersection.”

It’s understood one person has been seriously injured.

Ennis Avenue is closed northbound and access to the road is closed at the eastern end of Royal Palm Drive.

Police remain at the scene.
