Police are investigating after a body was found in Mandurah waters today.
Its understood a man’s body was located in the Mariners Cove area about 10am.
A short time later, Seven and Nine’s shared news helicopter, spotted an unmanned boat with the motor still running.
The RAC Rescue Helicopter winched a crew member down to get control of the vessel.
The circumstances surrounding the man’s death remain unclear at this stage.
