P-plater blows three times over the limit

It’s believed a P-plater has blown three times over the blood alcohol limit in Mandurah on Saturday afternoon.

The vehicle was stopped by police after driving through a stop sign.

It’s alleged the driver blew a breath test reading of 0.128 and was also charged with No Authority to Drive, the vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
