Update: Two teens killed in horrific crash near Pinjarra

The Holden Commodore rolled and caught fire.


Two teens have been killed and two others, including a child, are fighting for life after a horrific crash south of Pinjarra on Saturday.

Police believe a Holden Commodore sedan was travelling south on Brownes Road in Coolup before it rolled several timed and caught fire near Hart Road just before 8pm.

Two of the four occupants died at the scene including the driver, a 17-year-old girl and a passenger a 17-year-old boy.

Both of the state’s RAC Rescue helicopters were sent to the incident.

A 10-year-old boy was flown Perth Children’s Hospital while a 17-year-old was flown to Royal Perth Hospital, both in a critical condition.

There was a large emergency services presence in the area overnight with multiple ambulances, firefighters and police including specialist first aid crews.

The road was closed for several hours as Major Crash investigators worked to piece together exactly what happened.
